If you have been keeping up with the latest trends, then you would know that LED lighting strips have become one of the most popular design trends amongst Generation Z.
I love the idea of calm, mood lighting at the end of the day. Lying in bed with a warm blanket and warm white lighting glowing the room is just the right way to end the day. Oh, and you could forget that you don’t even need to get out of bed to turn them off!
Although many are lining their bedrooms with these lighting strips, I think that an even better way to use them is to replace expensive, under-lighting in all different parts of the house.
Below I have included 6 different ways to use these inexpensive lighting strips to enhance all your spaces!
1. Under cabinet lighting
My all-time favorite way to use LED strips are to line them underneath your cabinets. At night, the lighting from the strips in the kitchen is the perfect way to light up the space without turning on the bright lights from above.
The most perfect way to set the mood at the end of the day. Line the back of any headboard for a calm and warm glow to accompany any evening activities you may be doing.
3. Under Bed
Another way to create that calm mood in the bedroom is to create an under-bed glow with your LED lighting strips.
4. Closet Lighting
One of the things I can’t wait to have in the future is a large closet with lots of storage and the in-cabinet lighting that shines on all my accessories. If you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars are professional lighting in your closet, one way you can save money is to use LED lighting strips. As long as you have access to an outlet, this is a great inexpensive alternative.
5. Decorative Shelves
If you have shelves throughout your house that display some of your favorite accessories and you would like them to really stand out, lining the bottom of your shelves with LED strips will give them a nice, bright glow to display your decorations.
6. Bathroom Mirrors
Line the back of your bathroom mirrors to give a warm, cozy vibe during both baths and showers.
